Billing & Fair-Use Policies
- Billable transaction: first time a paid/authorized 29Next order is accepted for ShipHero handoff (one fee per order).
- Not billable: retries, duplicate webhooks, status pings, inventory sync, test/sandbox orders.
- Credits: automatic credit if canceled/refunded within 24 hours and before any fulfillment action.
- Idempotency: duplicate events are deduplicated by order id; you won’t be charged twice for the same order.
- Burst control: per-tenant rate limits and queuing protect APIs; throttled retries are not billable.
